Abstract | The purpose of this work was to support UK implementation of its international obligations under the OSPAR convention. It will contribute to the development of a strategy for radioactive waste discharges for the period 2001 2020. The specific objectives were: 1) to identify means by which existing data on key marine environmental indicators could continue to be compliled reliably over the long term; and 2) to indentify gaps in the matrix of data on key indicators and options for collecting data to fill in these gaps in the future | |
